Perform maintenance at residential properties, under the direction of the Community Manager.

Essential Job Functions:
40% Clean apartments after move out. Repair and paint ceilings, walls, and trim. Wash windows and rug; clean and inspect appliances. Prepare for move in of new residents.

20% Prioritize and respond to work orders called in or filed by residents. Repair electrical, plumbing, toilets, windows, screens, doors, drywall, and appliances. Flush, repair and replace hot water tanks.

20% Clean main lobby and laundry room daily. Clean entrance halls weekly. Vacuum and/or mop hallways, entrances, office and common areas several times weekly and as needed. Pick up trash inside and outside. Order maintenance supplies and replacement parts as needed. Put out trash and recycle bins.

20% Perform seasonal maintenance including mowing lawns, trimming, planting, snow and ice removal, care of playground and pool ( if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.50 to $13.00 /hour
